These events aren't just dates on a calendar - they're milestones in movement. They give our communities a chance to connect, be seen, share knowledge, and uplift one another in an industry that often overlooks us.

NEW FOR 2025
This year, we’re going regional - with five Regional Awards events to celebrate the amazing tradespeople making a difference in your area. Know a tradesperson who deserves a round of applause (and maybe a trophy)? Nominate them now - and spread the word to your customers too. Every nomination is a chance to recognise great work and bring more local legends into the spotlight. Regions for 2025 are:
How it Works
The Grand Finale is December 2025 at a prestigious London venue. Regional winners will attend, and national winners—including Trade of the Year—will be announced by our expert judges.
1. Nominate
Please complete the nomination form available on the GetaTrade HerLink website by 25th September 2025, outlining the reasons your
selected tradesperson merits recognition. The regional finalists will be unveiled in November.
2. Shortlist
Upon the conclusion of the nomination period, our panel of esteemed judges will undertake a thorough evaluation of all submitted entries, assessing them based on their
quality, service excellence, and reliability. Those entries that are deemed exemplary will be selected as shortlisted finalists and subsequently invited to participate in their respective regional HerLink Awards Ceremony.
3. Regional Awards
The Regional Awards will occur in September and October. Successful recipients will receive invitations to the National Grand Finale, where they will be honoured with a trophy and the HerLink Award badge,
recognising their exceptional achievements.
